In today’s subject, I'm going to reveal to you why I have I outsourced to the Philippines and I want to share with you somewhat story how I began in the Philippines and launched this outsourcing course as part of my outsourcing process. Heading back probably few years ago now, I read up on Tim Ferriss’ 4-Hour Work Week so when I primarily read that book, I was driven so as to get free from condition I was in. I was basically running an online business that’s profitably generated a 6-figure source of income but by reason of all my time involved in the internet business, I had not one other time and energy to do just about anything else. I was running all the dispatching, I was doing all the customer satisfaction support, handling literally from day-to-day. I was functioning crazy 60 hours a week.
So with this concept in mind and after reading the 4-Hour Work Week, it provided me with reason to check out something along the lines of outsourcing. What Tim was able to share with me with his narrative was that he’s in the position to make use of his time, get some people to work for him and automate and startup a process in order to outsource as much as he can. He talked a lot about outsourcing to India and I tried much of the websites which he proposed in the book which includes heading to Elance to search for people to outsource to. But, again and again I was desperate for finding the appropriate people because first of all, when I first believed I’ve hired someone from India I thought I’ve got the perfect virtual assistant, I’ll have everything all done for me and things are going to be easy and sailing. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the result.
Following that first experience with going through to India and discovering that it seriously isn't what precisely I’m searching for, I made the choice of going for a bit of a time away as well as prevent recruiting from India. It was only after having a further attempt of trying to outsource, and tried to follow Tim’s instructions again when I actually felt I have stumbled across somebody in the Philippines. After that, I have been so blessed to take a great virtual assistant team back in hiring from the Philippines and I was saddled with them as they've been great help in setting up my outsourcing course. Which was the main reason and turning point to pick Philippines as the main place to go to hire. Philippines has a great background and design system on hand concerning technologies and they’ve also got those people who are highly skilled too. Second reason is their speech. Their traditions variances are certainly not that uncommon to what we understand in the Western culture because the Philippines has been colonized by the Americans and they’ve got effective sensation of Western culture with them. They fully understand English very well and they wouldn’t be such a big clash in terms of detailing facts to them. That’s one of the major reasons why I’ve selected the Philippines as well. Even though you have only your own business at the start, and just needing to get into the Philippines to outsource your business to, I recommend it. It merely requires a bit of effort but as soon as you get them all ready to go and coached them up right, they are able to really give back a whole lot to you.
